Aphelion Toolkit Core (ATC) provides all the rules needed for play and procedurally generating your game on the fly. THE RULES combined with A SIMPLE ALGORITHM facilitate your game and desired setting while MINIMIZING THE PREPARATIONS needed before the game—or even eliminate the role of a game master entirely.
